To be eligible, your request must be sent within 14 days of your initial sign-up.
This applies only to your first-time subscription and not to subsequent renewals.
To ensure uninterrupted service, Lornyzio subscriptions are set to auto-renew.
Monthly Plans: You can cancel at any time. However, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time once the billing cycle has started.
Annual Plans: If you are on an annual plan and forget to cancel before the renewal date, contact us within 48 hours of the charge, and we will process a refund minus a small administrative processing fee.
Please note that certain services are non-refundable:
Custom Setups: Any one-time fees for custom CRM integration or dedicated data automation setups.
Add-ons: Credits or extra data usage packages already consumed.
Abuse of Terms: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we detect a violation of our Terms of Use or fraudulent activity.
Getting your refund is simple. Just follow these steps:

Include your Account ID and the reason for your request (this helps us improve our technology!).
Our billing team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
Once approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
